Café Lumière offers free shipping on every order. There is no minimum order and no delivery charge at checkout.

Tracked delivery

Every order ships with tracked delivery. When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, including any apartment or unit number. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Delivery issues

If your parcel appears stuck, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us with your order number. Your order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee and our team will make it right.
