How do I place an order?

Open the LATTECAM page, add it to your cart and check out. Once your order is placed, we send you an order confirmation by email.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, and every order ships with tracked delivery.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Click it any time to see where your parcel is. You can find more help on our Track Your Order page.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If anything about your order is not right, contact us through our Contact page and our team will make it right.

What comes in the box?

One LATTECAM and 12 reusable stencil cards.

How does LATTECAM work?

Put your powder (cocoa, cinnamon or matcha) in the top, slide a stencil card into the front slot, sit LATTECAM on your cup and press the shutter. The design lands on your foam.

Which drinks does it work on?

LATTECAM works on drinks with milk foam on top, like a latte or a cappuccino.

How do I clean the stencil cards?

Just rinse the cards with water and let them dry. They are made to be used again and again.
